Testing Recovery Of Your Critical Systems
We test customer backups on our bench on a regular basis (depends on level of Managed Services Plan). This involves restoring servers and critical workstations in a test environment to be certain that we could do so in an emergency. Too often, techs do not have access to the backups, or need to restore back to your live environment in order to prove your backups work.
