I can't remember a time when I have been more proud of our company than right now.

I am proud of our staff for continuously showing up and delivering exemplary service to our customers, for not letting the little things get in the way of their job, and for buying into the bigger picture that I have for this company.

I am proud of our customers. Many have made the transition with us from the break/fix environment to the Managed Services model. As their businesses have grown, this new model of service has provided them with a new level of protection, stability and cost control. Yet it takes a leap of faith on our customers part to take that journey with us. Without this faith, our evolution would not have been possible.

I am proud of our suppliers. We transitioned our back end to ConnectWise 3 years ago, and their support has been nothing short of incredible. Their product continues to evolve and simply makes us look better and better with each release. Kaseya has allowed us to cement our position as a leading Managed Service Provider, and their product has allowed us to increase our services portfolio ten-fold.

We look very forward to our latest partnership with ControlScan to help leverage us as the Canadian leader in PCI-DSS compliance services. Together with ControlScan, there is no other service provider in Canada with the depth of knowledge and service offering as we are about to bring to the table. This should be exciting.

So, to everyone; our staff, our customers and our suppliers, I wish to say a great big thank you for your support over the last 14 years, and we look forward to even greater relationships in the years to come!
