GearyTech has a long history of supporting the group travel industry. We have worked with many companies, many group registration systems, and many of our customer's customers.

Registration website systems are typically cumbersome to work with, and the common complaint is they do not provide the ability to create innovative, impressive registration forms. GearyTech has created numerous impressive registration websites.  Primarily, we design our registration forms to be entirely on one page, and have sections appear and disappear depending on user input. For example, if a participant chooses the option to bring a guest, the guest portion of the registration form appears on the same page. The same holds true for extensions and optional activities. This eliminates the need for the participant to flip back and forth between different forms.

Another key example of the flexibility of our forms is demonstrated when your program/even has multiple locations or when different participant types require additional registration information. With traditional systems, you likely need to either create multiple registration forms or pay for expensive customizations on top of what you pay to use the system. Our registration forms accommodate these types of registration while only having one registration form to deal with.

While our system does not currently have back end database integration, registrations can automatically populate an Excel template or your database to make reporting and participant management easier. From there, you can add things like air components, room assignments and print departure notices, etc.

Our sites are customized for each program, typically based on one of our existing templates. They are typically used for larger programs where your customer is requesting a flawless registration process for their participants.

Site development takes approximately 2 weeks from time we have all requirements from you and your customer. Testing and changes typically take a week by the time your company reviews the final site, and your customer has submitted their changes.

GearyTech does not engage directly with the end user for registration website development. We would be happy to provide a referral to a group travel company if your organization is looking to plan a conference or event.
