We "redirect" your inbound email to MessageLabs. MessageLabs scrubs your mail of viruses and spam. Spam is dumped into a web accessible Spam Manager, and you are sent one email a day with a list of your spam. You can choose to look at it every day, or you can choose to ignore it.
